Hilton Napoleon, II focuses his practice in the areas of complex civil litigation, civil rights violations, federal and state criminal trials and appeals, post-conviction relief, election litigation, and governmental administrative proceedings.

 

Mr. Napoleon has deep roots in protecting civilians and corporations in critical “make or break” moments.  Mr. Napoleon understands that strategy matters - an overly aggressive approach in one case may not be the best approach in another.  Mr. Napoleon understands that each circumstance is different, and he adapts to the situation before him. 

 

Mr. Napoleon has utilized this skill to advise several prominent corporations, private schools, small business owners, and prominent individuals during difficult circumstances, which requires a keen attention to details and the utmost sensitivity to the parties involved.  Mr. Napoleon personally visits every corporation, school, business, and/or location of the pertinent events for every case that he accepts.  He works tirelessly to ensure justice for all his clients.

 

Mr. Napoleon has represented international ridesharing companies, world renowned geneticists, a large sugar manufacturer, an international restaurant chain, a marine life park, and several entertainers, athletes, and their families.  Mr. Napoleon also takes great pleasure in assisting underrepresented communities and non-profit organizations.  Mr. Napoleon spends countless hours representing several non-profit organizations on a pro bono basis.    

 

Mr. Napoleon priviously worked at a boutique law firm of approximately 20 attorneys, with offices in New York City and Coral Gables, before starting his own practice.  Mr. Napoleon started his law career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Mr. Napoleon also interned in the Southern District of Florida for U.S. District Judge Donald Graham.
